Conditional licences for an auctioneer or chattel auctioneer
We may issue your licence with conditions. The conditions may prohibit or limit some of your activities as an auctioneer or chattel auctioneer.
We can add, remove or change conditions on a licence if:
- you request it
- a tribunal orders it after a disciplinary hearing
- we order it.
If you think we should remove or change a condition, you need to:
- put the request in writing
- pay an application fee.
